Who we are
LDM, owned by the Finnish Outokumpu, manufactures brass rod and billets, mainly for special applications. With our customers, operating worldwide in the building-, automotive- , aircraft-, sanitary-, and electronic industries, we are well known as a stable and reliable partner. By continuously fine-tuning our processes we are able to produce high-quality products, with a high delivery performance.
In our specialized casting plant high-quality billets are produced for our own consumption, and for sale to our customers. Our brass rod is extruded and drawn to the right dimensions and specifications with our specialized press, drawing benches and other specific production equipment. Thanks to our excellent resources for development and investment, we can address the new technical challenges that arise as our customers develop their businesses and products.
The LDM quality, safety, and environmental management system, certified against ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 respectively, ensures customer satisfaction, and safe and environment-friendly working conditions. In addition to our head office and production facilities in Drunen, our German sales office and the two German warehouses service our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
