To assure this, Metal Valley - the platform for employment in non-ferro metal industry - joins forces with several educational institutions. For example the Koning Willem 1 college in Den Bosch, De Overlaat in Waalwijk, ROC Midden Brabant and Avans in Den Bosch / Tilburg. Attracting and training of highly qualified workers goes together with product- and scientific innovation.
In the last area a close cooperation between Metal Valley and several Universities, like the TU Delft, M2i and the Universities of Tilburg and Eindhoven, is of highly importance.
